This SERVICE is provided by Cathay United Bank (Cambodia) Corporation Limited (“CUBC”, "us", "we", or "our") and is intended for Merchant to use CUBC POS Terminal Machine (the "Service") as an acceptance merchant. Please refer to Merchant Agreement signed between CUBC and Merchant for specific terms and conditions.
